Monitoring & Surveillance

Next to inspections on ‘still’ images, we also provide solutions for analysis of multiple or streaming images. In these applications our customers are interested in monitoring of anomalies in the moving objects that are captured in the videostream. Based on the requirements of our customers, we specify and purchase hardware platforms to which we add in-house built analysis software, customized for the specific application.

Our recent projects are:

• Fluid Process Monitoring
  We were asked to develop an application that measures diameter and growth of air bubbles in a fluid stream, passing a camera system. The bubbles have dimensions less than 1 mm. We have developed a customised computer vision platform, which our customer embedded in their own system.

• Anomaly Detection of moving objects
  A computer vision system was developed for anomaly detection in motion patterns for an application in the security industry (surveillance). Our computer vision system learned to dicern amongst acceptable movements and anomalies and generates alerts when anomalies are detected.
