Project Manager Wind Turbine Design

Responsibilities

• Determining customer wishes and customer needs and reviewing with the customer
• Combining the several aspects of a project to effective, transparent project proposals and tenders
• Heading own project teams and influencing the project result (margin and quality)
• Identification of bottlenecks and problems in the progress of the project and taking appropriate action and measures
• Joining (multidisciplinary) external project groups
• Monitoring and reporting progress

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of customer wishes and needs
• You have a superb ability to express in an orally and written way
• Knowledge of methods and techniques of project management
• Thorough knowledge of the technology and technique which is necessary for the implementation of the project

Profile

• You have a thorough knowledge of technology and technique within your own field on Higher Technical or Technical University level
• You are experienced in control and maximisation project result (particularly cost control and quality)
• You develop transparent and effective project proposals
• You know how to generate extra opportunities and/or increase in sales
• You have good knowledge of the languages relevant for Mecal, particularly English and German
• You are result and customer oriented
• Knowledge of wind energy or related industry is an advantage
