Project Manager Due Diligence (m/f)

 Responsibilities

• Guiding and actualizing of effective and efficient Technical Due Diligences together and with the team, consisting of internal and external experts
• Supervising verification, control and optimisation of the wind farm project result (for both MECAL and the client), in a particular lead time, as well as technical and contractual risks, cost control and quality
• Transparent and effective reporting to the client and project team
• Transparent and effective project proposals
• Effective and efficient deployment (task distribution and management) of employees, subcontractors and other resources within the project
• Knowing how to create extra opportunities

Requirements

• You have a superb ability to express yourself in an orally and written manner
• You are able to supervise and estimate risks, you provide suggestions with regard to bottlenecks and problems in the progression of quality of the project; and are to contribute a fitting solution
• You are capable of analyzing investment proposals 
• You are capable of analyzing contracts and permits
• You are capable of negotiating with clients of multiple backgrounds
• You are familiar with supervising and participating in multidisciplinary projectgroups.  

 Profile

• You have a vast knowledge of the different aspects of developing and analyzing wind farms
• You have a vast knowledge of wind farm construction, risks, and the rules and regulations of different countries
• You have a vast knowledge of investing and in the economy of wind farms
• You have a vast knowledge of quality supervision and wind farm project certificating
• You have a vast knowledge of offshore wind energy projects, wind turbine technology and production methods
• You are able to speak and write the languages relevant for working at MECAL, particularly English and German
• Furthermore you are an independent, analytical and a creative go-getter and a team player
