When it comes to Mechatronics for the semiconductor- and related High Tech Systems industry, MECAL has gained extensive experience in this field. MECAL is involved in design, engineering and realization of passive- and active vibration isolation systems, dynamic balanced robots, manipulators for placing SMT components, thermal processing equipment and camera based inspection- and observation systems.
High precision, high throughput and first time right are often the key words in our development projects. For our Mechatronic Development team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, we are looking for:
Designers Precision Mechanics/ Mechatronics (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Design and realise mechatronic systems in a multi disciplinary design team
- Execute entire projects from concept to prototype or small series
- Draw up specifications in close co-operation with customers
- Undertake a pro-active role in the design process
Requirements
- Academic or Higher Vocational Training (HBO), field Mechanical Engineering, specialisation preferably Precision or Mechatronics
- Knowledge of 3D CAD
Profile
- Relevant experience in mechatronics design teams is a plus
- Excellent expression skills, especially in English, both verbally and in writing
- Design-oriented approach, with eye for depth
- Being able to easily connect theory to practice and v.v.
- Creative mind, good sense of responsibility, self-motivated and enthusiastic
