Control Engineer Wind Turbine Design
Responsibilities
- Design MMW wind turbine controllers.
- Optimization of MMW wind turbine controllers.
- Design and implementation of controller alarm and warning systems.
- Design of advanced control algorithms for load reduction and/or performance enhancement.
Requirements
- Educational requirement is an engineering degree (B.Sc or M.Sc).
- You have good knowledge of the languages relevant for MECAL, particularly English.
- Knowledge and experience of C, C+ and similar software.
- Knowledge and experience with Matlab Simulink and code integration in embedded systems.
- Knowledge and experience with use and implementation of sensors & PLC systems.
Profile
- Knowledge of the wind energy industry is an advantage.
- You convincingly present your results and clarify your work.
- You can document the work you performed.
- You feel well at home in a team, know the different phases of a project and can adapt to these phases, but you are also able to perform independently.
