MECAL is specialised in the design, production, installation and verification of Machine Support Frame’s (MSF). We have realised a qualitative production process to achieve a 100% no defect and first time right installation for all sensitive machine types. Site Survey
MECAL prepares you when placing new equipment in an existing semiconductor fab or fabs in operation. On site modal system measurements are used to find critical performance bottlenecks and allow us to optimise systems and control settings to the mechanical behaviour. This includes among other things measurements of the move-in route, vibration level, noise and magnetic fields.
Production of Machine Support Frames
Our production sites and partners are equipped to handle both large volumes as well as customised Machine Support Frames. Over the years we have built an extensive global network, including production partners in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Through this tied network, we can guarantee short lead times and local customer service.
Installation and verification of Machine Support Frames
MECAL has a team of experienced and motivated professionals ready to ensure correct installation within a few days. This also includes Machine Support Frames for complex, more demanding lithography equipment.
Strict verification measurements
After installing the MSFs at customer site, MECAL conducts strict verification measurements to validate the machine specifications. We conclude with a comprehensive report for future references.
