MECAL is present at Model-Driven Development Day, Eindhoven (29 April)
Motivation MDDay
The increasing role of software in hightech systems leads to a higher complexity. To control this complexity, more and more researchers and developers make use of model-based methods for different phases in product development. Terms as model-driven architecture, model-based design, model-driven development, model-driven engineering, model-based simulation and model-based testing are hot. This day consists of a lecture programme for technical managers and workshop sessions in which engineers can play with state-of-the-art tooling.
W. Dijkstra Technical Specialist (MECAL) will present; "Overlay caused by ‘wafer heating’ in wafer scanners", click here for the abstract.
